Chef Nimrod Norman invites you into the kitchen of 02, the Inbal Hotel’s restaurant, for a cooking workshop drawn from the winter menu and cold weather Jerusalem cuisine. Start the session with samplings of local wines and an appetizer that will satisfy your hunger until the workshop’s meal finale. Prepare dough-wrapped quality meat; cook up a variety of rich autumnal comfort stews packed with beef and herbs, which will warm you up now, and again when you prepare them at home; taste everything you prepare; and you’ll get a special something to take home.
