The workshop for preparing pizza that’s out of this world!
Miri and David Kaplan put their hearts and souls into every pizza pie they bake as if it were the only one of its kind. They choose the ingredients for their sourdough crust — which takes three days to prepare — with the greatest care, and you can taste the love that goes into their rich sauce. The result is pure pizza pleasure. In this workshop, the Kaplans will show you how to prepare fantastic pizza at home. They will explain what to do, and you’ll get to experiment with handcrafting different types of pizza. They will give you a written recipe to take home, but before you go, you’ll get to taste some addictive scrumptious pizza with a drink on the side.

About the Location
Craft Pizza, the small pizzeria that opened in the Mahane Yehuda market, was soon crowned one of the best pizzerias in the world. Craft was founded by the couple Miri and David Kaplan, who decided to focus on quality ingredients and learned the art of making sour-dough pizza.
